Then I went to bake in the afternoon! It actually turned out better than expected!

Actually I kinda have to admit it was a pretty fail day.

The atmosphere wasn't as high as I thought and the day didn't go as exciting as I expected.

Although I was totally stoked to return and I really felt so overwhelmed when I walked around the school, the plain white and blue made the whole place feel so lengdan. Perhaps the colours back then brought about more cheerfulness.

But I am very sure when semester 2 starts, the whole big family feeling will come back!!!

So excited to see little primary kids! *pedo side unleashed*

VJC Limelight Band Concert

Went to Joan's band concert yesterday! I actually dislike going for classical music concerts cos I tend to fall asleep. :P

But yesterday's performance was so good! Dinner at Mos Burger and I have never dined there before.

Haha this is my first time really, eating their burgers.

Ordered Beef (I refuse to recall their Jap name) Rice Burger cos I was so sick of bread that day.

It was quite nice apparently! :) I was so amazed by the rice hahaha.

Run @ Bishan Park

Went to bishan park to exercise with papa yesterday.

He cycled while I ran (hehe maybe slacked is a better word)

But oh well, at least at the end of the day I feel pumped and healthy :)

Was pretty appalled by the new look of bishan park. It's seriously more beautiful than last time.

And it actually looks like a park.

Last time it just look like a decorated forest which you will not give a second look when you drive pass.

Oh and, one alarming news which I have been ashamed to announce.

I DON'T KNOW HOW TO CYCLE.

Okay go on, laugh all you want! C'mon just laugh! I think maybe perhaps I won't mind your tiniest little giggle.

No one knows how to cycle when they are born okay, I just haven't mastered the art of cycling yet.

And others just had a great chance of reaching that earlier than me.

Yeah, my dad naively thinks I really know how to cycle. So he told me to hop on and go.

I was like, "Whuuuuut?"

But the good me don't want to disappoint him so I climbed on, painfully, (quite literal cos the seat was freaking small and triangular and painful, my butt really hurts like mad now), 

and struggled to paddle on.

IT. WAS. DISASTROUS.

Can you believe it, a 16 year old girl struggling to cycle and keep her balance on a Sunday evening when it was simply perfect for a jog/cycle/taiji/whatever. 

Everyone (not everyone but I assume since it was embarrassing enough for only one person to look) was staring hard and I just kept my head down as much as possible.

 

I screamed quite badly. There were very little railings so if you fall down the slope and hit the rocks, Jesus says hi.

But my dad, my brave and heroic dad, always manage to pull me and control the bike the way I want it.

I kept shouting, "Papa, 不要放手!" like a little kid and he never does. :)

Of course for a moment he did la so that I could cycle myself but soon after he would get hold of it in case something terrible happens.

Yes and still, I have yet to master cycling but I'm somehow confident I would soon.

Yeah I would :)

Settlers Cafe

Went to Settlers Cafe to play last saturday night.
Was really fun and it's a place filled with laughter.
Sis and I started laughing once we sat down cos the laughter of others were really funny too.

Only one photo of the food they serve there.

Slept at 2.30am that night.

Haven't been up so late for a long time but it was worth it :)

Today has been quite a great day just that it was pretty tiring.

And I was soooo looking forward to eat orange bowl for lunch but the uncle closed his stall during lunch! And I didn't want to eat it during recess cos the queue is always long and I won't have enough time to savour the food :)

Moreover, Meow Lang auntie stall has been closed for weeks!

I miss you food from meowlang auntie stall! I hope they open in Term 3!

Guess we'll never cherish until we lose something :(

It was a tiring day to end off with.
Band was soooo tiresome! We had to play in the open ground in the middle of upper sec block cos the mprs were taken >:(
It was so hot and sweaty and smelly and dirty and gross!
So many flies flying around oh gosh don't wanna imagine.
But it was good to play familiar songs and peers standing around the block upstairs to cheer for us:)
Especially my classmates :-*
Felt as if I was performing at some shopping centre and people were crowding around to look at the stars at the level one stage. HAHAH

And Kim, Rongyi and I took some amazing photos at the wall in school today!

Ca2 is over!

Hey guys!
Haven't blogged for 2-3 weeks cos I was really busy. Finally CA2 is over and I've gotten back most of my results except E Geog.
I really happy I've improved this term once again! Yay L1R5 finally below 20!
Haha although barely below 20 and quite a few people improved more than me but I still improved!
I deserve applause! Yay!

Anyway, something ironic really happened today.
Got my SS results back and guess what. I've got 5 out of 25! WOW I totally burst out laughing when I saw the mark. Truly unexpected. I didn't feel a tinge of sadness at all apparently. I guess cos I've already disregarded combined humans into my L1R5 this term. Oh well, I actually studied the most for SS and it came out like that.

My results are always fluctuating, and I have no idea why :'(

Okay, enough of upsetting and stupid and makesmefeelangry news!
My sis graduated today! Didn't go for her graduation though since she only has 2 tix for my parents.
But still I'm proud of her! Proud that she finally finished her education WHOOHOO!

Holidays are finally approaching!
It isn't really a holiday for me actually, considering 1st and last week packed with school activities and the 2nd - 3rd weeks cramped with homework plus revision, I don't think you can call that a holiday.
But still, I'm seriously craving to shop and go out and have fun!
Saw something on twitter that kept me thinking in my mind for the past days.
"Good grades, sleep, social life. You can only choose 2."
I've been wondering which 2 I have chosen and I concluded that my struggle to maintain a balance of all 3 of them has caused me to get none. Maybe my grades are improving. And I'm still not that far away from having no social life. But I think I really need more sleep.
And thats what holidays are for :')
